ProHealth Solutions: Website Privacy Policy and SMS Terms
This is our website privacy policy. It explains how we handle information collected through our website, online forms, and text messages. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how we protect the health information in patient records.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 2, 2026
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Pro-Health Solutions LLC ("ProHealth Solutions," "we," "us," "our"), located in Clearwater, Florida, operates prohealthsolutionsfl.com. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, online forms, and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a consultation or contact form, request an appointment, or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, the treatments you're interested in, your preferred contact time, and any message you include.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, device identifiers, general location (city or region), pages viewed, links clicked, the page or ad that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies.
Please don't submit detailed medical information through our website forms. We'll discuss your health history privately during your consultation.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your consultation or appointment
- To send appointment reminders and scheduling messages
- To send you marketing and promotional messages, including texts and emails about our services, events, and offers, when you've agreed to receive them
- To operate, secure, and improve our website, including preventing spam and fraud
- To understand how visitors find and use our site
- To show you relevant ads on other websites, apps, and social media (sometimes called "retargeting" or "remarketing"), and to measure how well our advertising works
- To comply with the law
Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
We and our advertising and analytics partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on our website for analytics, advertising, retargeting, and measurement. These technologies help us understand how visitors use our site, show our ads to people who have visited our site or may be interested in our services, and see whether someone took an action, such as submitting a form, after seeing or clicking one of our ads.
The partners whose technologies we use or may use include:
- OpenAI (ChatGPT ads pixel and conversion measurement)
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram pixel and conversion tools)
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, Google Tag Manager, and reCAPTCHA spam protection)
- TikTok (TikTok pixel)
- Other similar advertising, analytics, and measurement providers we may use from time to time
These partners may collect information about your visit and your activity over time and across different websites and apps, and may combine it with other information they have about you, under their own privacy policies.
We do not use these tracking technologies to collect protected health information for advertising. Health information you share with us, including through our forms, is handled in line with HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, as described in the Health information section below.
How to opt out of tracking and targeted ads
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features of our site may not work properly if you do.
- Google. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings under "Ad preferences," or at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- TikTok. You can manage ad personalization in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy > Ads.
- Industry opt-out tools. You can opt out of interest-based ads from many participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Mobile devices. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
Opting out doesn't mean you'll stop seeing ads. It means the ads you see may be less relevant to you. Opt-outs are usually browser- and device-specific, so you may need to opt out on each browser and device you use.
Service providers we use
We share information with companies that help us run our practice and website, only as needed for them to provide their services. These include our website host, our form provider (Typeform), our online booking provider (Zocdoc), our patient financing provider (Cherry), our phone, text messaging, and email providers, and the advertising and analytics partners described above, along with similar providers we may use from time to time.

Other times we may share information
We may share information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our patients, staff, or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our practice.
